Join our outpatient rehabilitation team as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Abilene, TX! In this full-time, Monday-through-Friday day-shift role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of speech-language pathology.   • Remote: On-site position
  • Pay Range: $36–$45+/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Job Duties:
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized speech-language treatment programs for patients.
  • Apply established principles and practices of speech-language pathology to patient care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Delegate and monitor the work of technicians and other support staff.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using computer-based systems.
  • Utilize and maintain familiarity with rehabilitation equipment as needed for patient treatment.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Minimum relevant work experience required.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Hours.
  • Active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the State of Texas, or eligible for licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License (required only for individuals designated as HMC Designated Drivers per policy).
  • Proficiency entering data into computer programs.
  • Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
